Can we bring in our own catering?
No, Tournedos Steakhouse is our exclusive caterer for events at the Inn on Broadway. Tournedos Steakhouse not only provides excellent service but superb food selections that guarantee you and your guests will not be disappointed.
Desserts must be provided by a licensed bakery or you can use our in-house pastry chef. A cutting fee of $2 per guest is applied for outside desserts.
How many people can the inn on broadway university club ballroom hold?
The University Club Ballroom can hold up to 150 guests sitting.

DO YOU OFFER HOTEL BLOCKS?
Yes, we offer complimentary hotel blocks for weddings. We start with 5-10 rooms depending on the size of your event and then release any un-booked rooms three months prior to your event date. We offer a discounted rate of 25% for in-house weddings only.
CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL OR BARTENDER?
No, we have an amazing bar staff that knows the ins and outs of bartending! We have various bar packages that you can choose from and we will also work to stock any specific requests you may have! Wine is able to be brought in with a $25 corkage fee per bottle.
Do you provide an event/wedding planner?
Our events team is filled with event coordinators that work to tie together all the details of your event from the layout of the space and timeline to menu options and more. We are not planners per se, but we are hands-on from the beginning planning stages up to the day of the event. We also are in constant communication with your other vendors throughout the planning process.
DO YOU OFFER SPACE FOR AN ON-SITE CEREMONY?
Yes! The unique “L” shape of our ballroom makes transforming the space into ceremony & reception very easy! We also have other unique event spaces on the property that is perfect for a more intimate ceremony.
WHEN DOES MY EVENT HAVE TO CONCLUDE?
We ask that all events conclude at 11 pm to pay respect to other guests in the hotel. However, if the guests of your event were to book out all 25 boutique hotel rooms then there is more flexibility as to when your event concludes.
