At The Inn on Broadway, we specialize in full-service event planning. You can be ensured that every detail of your wedding, banquet, or meeting will be treated with the utmost care and competence by our highly trained staff of event specialists. We have multiple private rooms available to meet the needs of almost any size group. Our menus can be customized to fall in line with any type of event, and we will partner with you to bring your ideas to fruition.
The University Club Ballroom-
Our historic Ballroom, our largest event space, is STUNNING with original crystal chandeliers, bold navy walls, 16 ft. Rochester Murals painted for the property in the 1920s, floor-to-ceiling windows exposing the cityscape and creating glorious juxtaposition, as well as romantic working fireplaces.
Perfect for any life celebration. This space accommodates 150 guests.
The Broadway Room-
Often paired with The University Club Ballroom, this space is perfect for intimate ceremonies, dinners, elaborate dessert stations, buffets, or lounge areas.
Available for private reservation paired with the ballroom or separately. This space accommodates 40 guests.
The Parlor-
On the first floor, The Parlor offers a private space away from the restaurant. The charming fireplace in this space dates to the origins of the property, now converted to gas.
Available for private reservation. Perfect for showers, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, & board meetings. This space accommodates 22 guests.
The Library-
Located in the back of Tournedos, our guests are offered a more secluded version of the traditional restaurant atmosphere. With four walls and a door, this space can be closed off for more private events.
Available for private reservation. Perfect for intimate family dinners, business meetings, etc. This space accommodates 14 guests.
The Lounge-
Take a peek at our extensive, award-winning Wine & Cocktail list in this NYC-inspired bar and lounge area- the perfect gathering place to start your evening or end the night with your party.
